LHS Type Plastic Lined Vacuum Pump
I. Overview
The LHS type chemical centrifugal pump is capable of transporting various corrosive liquid slurry suspensions with particles and viscosity, suitable for pressure filter process applications with temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 200℃.
II. Application Scope
The product is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, rare earth smelting, press filter slurry liquids, ore sand conveying, starch, dyes, paints, papermaking, electroplating, electricity, and food.
III. Key Features
1. The sealed sections utilize a vacuum device, enabling long-term liquid transfer under conditions of increasing pressure and decreasing flow. This reduces the working pressure on the mechanical seal, thereby extending its service life.
2. Materials include PFA alloys, fluoro plastic alloys, ultra-high molecular polyethylene, and reinforced polypropylene.
