Product Details
I. Overview
1. FZB/FZB-L Type Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pumps are suitable for conveying media physically similar to water within temperatures ranging from -5℃ to 80℃: acids, alkalis, salts, oxidizers, and other corrosive substances (not suitable for rapid hard crystalline materials or media containing solid particles). The flow parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) or polyethylene (PE) resins, molded and processed, combining the advantages of various non-metallic materials. They offer excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance to aging, and non-toxic decomposition. They are ideal for transporting various strong and weak acids, and corrosive media.
2. The FZB/FZB-L type fluoroplastic self-priming pump is a new series of corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic alloys designed in response to the needs of the vast majority of chemical industry users. This pump features an external mixing self-priming structure, requiring only the initial filling of the medium solution into the pump body before the first start-up. Subsequent frequent startups do not necessitate refilling with water or evacuating the vacuum, making operation convenient. The product is widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, pesticides, paints, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, and food processing. The mechanical seal ensures a leak-proof, drip-proof design, making it an ideal corrosion-resistant conveying equipment for constructing a civilized factory.
3. Performance Range and Model Description: FZB and FZB-L series fluoroplastic self-priming pumps, flow range 3.6-50 m³/h, head range 10-30m.
Fluoroplastic self-priming pump applicable temperature: -50℃ to 120℃
II. Working Principle:
The FZB self-priming pump is composed of a storage chamber, vortex chamber, recirculation holes, impeller, and pump cover. Before operation, the pump cavity should be filled with liquid. Under the high-speed action of the impeller, the gas-liquid mixture in the storage chamber is drawn into the vortex chamber, pressurized, and then enters the gas-liquid separation chamber. At this point, since the air has a lower density than the liquid, it naturally enters the pipeline, while the liquid automatically recirculates back through the recirculation holes, mixing again with the air in the storage chamber, and is then cyclically pressurized by the impeller to enter the gas-liquid separation chamber... This process repeats until all the air in the suction pipeline is exhausted; the medium is then transported to any location required by the operating conditions.
III. Usage:
The FZB Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pump is suitable for storage containers of liquids below ground level by 1-4 meters, where refilling and adding liquids are inconvenient; the pump can be mounted on a ground-level station for continuous or intermittent pumping and conveying of various chemical media. When vehicles or ships are loading or unloading chemical media, the self-priming pump can be mobile on any station to meet your requirements for pumping and conveying.
Section 4: Structural Materials
The FZB Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pump is designed for safe transportation of strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and pure precious chemicals, fully meeting stringent safety, reliability, and environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for various chemical processes; once installed, it does not require priming water, and is easy to install bottom valves and maintain, making it an ideal choice for replacing heavy submersible pumps.
