LSB High-Temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Submerged Pump Introduction
The LSB type high-temperature sulfuric acid submersible pump is primarily used for transporting high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid and is also compatible with all other submersible pump applications. It meets the DIN 24256 / ISO 2858 standards in terms of performance and dimensions, features high standardization, and is easy to dismantle and maintain.
The LSB submerged pump draws on extensive experience from both domestic and international sulfuric acid pump structural designs, increasing the suction pipe length to enhance the rigidity of the pump unit, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever submerged pump. The hydraulic models of the pump are developed and selected to ensure stable performance and high efficiency with energy saving. Advanced anti-corrosion materials are researched, developed, and utilized domestically.

Section 3: LSB Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Submerged Pump Structural Features
The LSB type submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, primarily composed of pump housing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, base plate, intermediate pipe, discharge pipe, seals, bearings, and coupling, etc.
Axial thrust is primarily balanced by the back vanes of the impeller.
The remaining axial force and rotor weight are supported by the rolling bearings.
Pumps can fully utilize their suction lift height; increasing the intake pipe can enhance the insertion depth of the pump unit.
But before starting, the liquid level must be above the centerline of the impeller.
Direction: The rotation is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor to the pump end.
