Chlor-alkali and soda ash industries; fertilizers and pesticides; petrochemicals, fibers, and papermaking industries; dyeing industries; environmental protection engineering and water treatment systems.
Section 3: Structure of CZ Type Chemical Pump
Horizontal back-opening structure, pump head and motor connected by a coupling, mounted on the base plate, impeller in back-opening design, three bearings, shaft seal with external mounted mechanical seal, equipped with cooling device, bearing housing
The oil level is observed using an oil sight gauge; the structure is compact and rational. The pump is cast with feet on the pump body, capable of bearing loads from the pipeline and directly transmitting them to the foundation. This ensures that the pump rotor will not bend due to the loads the pump is subjected to.
This ensures that the bearing and mechanical seal have a long service life. During maintenance, there's no need to open the piping connected to the pump body; simply loosen the bolts between the bracket and the pump body to separate them for wheel maintenance.
With mechanical seals, simple and convenient.
Pump Rotation Direction: When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
IV. Features of CZ Type Chemical Pump
These pumps are capable of conveying media containing solid particles and prone to crystallization, featuring high temperature and corrosion resistance, and non-clogging. The material can be selected according to specific operating conditions.
