A screw pump is a positive displacement pump, primarily consisting of a stator and a rotor. The rotor is a screw with a large pitch, large tooth height, and small threaded inner diameter, while the stator is an elastic sleeve with a double-start helix. The mating rotor and stator form sealed chambers that do not communicate with each other. As the rotor rotates within the stator, the sealed cavity moves axially from the pump's suction end to the discharge end, continuously transporting the medium from the suction end to the discharge end within the cavity.
