The G series single screw pumps are suitable for transferring neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gas or prone to forming bubbles, high or low viscosity liquids, including liquids with fibers and solid materials. They are primarily used in the food industry, textile industry, papermaking industry, oil industry, chemical industry, alkali industry, salt industry, shipbuilding industry, construction industry, nuclear industry, metallurgy and mining industries, and more.
Operating Principle:
A single-screw pump is an enclosed, internal meshing screw pump, classified as a type of rotary vane pump. The main working components consist of a stator with a double-threaded cavity and a single-threaded screw rotor -- the impeller -- that meshs within the stator cavity. As the input shaft drives the impeller to rotate around the stator in a planetary motion through a universal joint, the stator-impeller assembly continuously meshes to form enclosed chambers. These chambers, with constant volume, rotate axially at a constant speed, transporting the medium from the suction end through the stator-impeller assembly to the discharge end. The medium inside the enclosed chamber flows through the stator without being agitated or destroyed. Thus, it can handle media containing hard, abrasive impurities and solid particles, as well as thick liquids.
