I. Overview of HZW Type Chemical Axial Flow Pump
This series of axial flow pumps boasts excellent reliability and ease of maintenance, specifically designed for the evaporation circulation processes in chlorine alkali and salt production. The HZW series draws upon successful technology from the industry and incorporates its own design strengths, featuring an optimized transmission design that minimizes vibration and noise, significantly enhancing the operational reliability and balance of the axial flow pumps, thereby greatly extending the maintenance cycle and service life. The high operational reliability results in a maintenance cycle that is doubled and a lifespan that increases by 20%. The HZW forced circulation pumps are more efficient and energy-saving, saving a substantial amount of electricity for users annually.
HZW series chemical process axial flow pumps are primarily used in applications requiring high flow rates and low lift, especially in forced circulation processes involving corrosive media. Examples include forced circulation in caustic soda and salt production, as well as in the production sectors of phosphate fertilizers, petroleum, chemical fibers, and papermaking.

(1) Cantilevered rotor with front-opening design, features simple structure and easy maintenance; no need to disassemble the pump body and pipelines.
(2) The impeller is designed to work in conjunction with the suction pipe. When transporting abrasive materials, simply replacing the suction pipe is required to extend the service life of the pump body. The shaft seal can be equipped with a liquid-restraining type packing seal and a double-end mechanical seal, ensuring the pump is leak-proof and safe for operation.
(3) The series of pumps can be equipped with various transmission methods such as direct drive, belt drive, and reducer drive, as well as installation options including horizontal, vertical, or suspended mounting, to meet the performance and installation requirements of different workstations.
