Detailed Description
1. The pump housing is supported by a base foot and features a "pull-out front" structural design. During inspections and disassembly of the impeller and shaft seal, there's no need to disconnect the piping connected to the pump housing, making maintenance convenient.
2. Utilizing an open impeller design, with a large flow area for excellent fluidity. The impeller is driven by a key transmission, fixed axially via the impeller nut, and features a balancing hole to counteract axial forces.
3. The pump body's support feet can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transfer it to the foundation. This ensures that the rotor does not bend due to the pump bearing the load, thereby guaranteeing the service life of the shaft seal and bearings.
4. The pump assembly can be equipped with a complete exhaust device, which is conducive to exhausting the intake pipeline.
5. The shaft seal employs double-end face mechanical seals with an external cooling and flushing water connection, improving the shaft seal working conditions and extending the mechanical seal lifespan.
6. Available materials for overcurrent components: carbon steel, 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, 1.4529, titanium TA2, Hastelloy; also customizable according to customer requirements.
