I. Overview
The IHF Single-Stage, Single-Suction Fluoroplastic Alloy Chemical Centrifugal Pump (abbreviated as IHF centrifugal pump, also known as Lined Fluoroplastic Centrifugal Pump due to the advanced lining fluoroplastic technology of the pump casing) is manufactured according to international standards and combines the design of non-metallic pumps. The dynamic seal employs an advanced externally mounted PTFE bellows mechanical seal with multi-layer protection, extending the service life of the seal. For transporting media containing impurities and particles, it can be equipped with a non-cooled water single-end face hard-on-hard (silicon carbide on silicon carbide) mechanical seal, so users need to consider the solid content in the medium when selecting the model. Practical application shows that the pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing function, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
Purpose
The IHF Fluorine-lined Centrifugal Pumps are now widely used in various applications including the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water in membrane alkali production projects, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes (most ion membrane alkali production projects in China now use our products for pumps), transportation of electrolytes in non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling processes in automotive manufacturing and production lines for thin plates and strip steel, as well as numerous industries such as petrochemicals, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, and textiles. They are capable of long-term transportation of strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, organic solvents, and reducers without damage. Suitable temperature range: -20℃ to 100℃.
III. Planning Features
This series of products is designed and manufactured according to international standards (ISO 2858). The pump bodies are lined with fluoroplastic inside metal shells, and both impellers and pump covers are made by metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic alloy die-casting, offering excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The shaft seal employs an advanced external bellows mechanical seal, with sealing surfaces available in silicon carbide, ceramics, PTFE, and hard alloy. They boast a high performance-to-cost ratio and are widely used as corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps in the chemical industry.
