
Purpose
This product series has been co-developed by our company in collaboration with relevant design institutes to meet market demands. It is an ideal equipment for achieving rapid directional changes in material handling systems. Suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products with a specific gravity of ≤2.5t/m³, it is widely used in the conveyance of solid particle bulk materials in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, power, and grain.
Operation Principle
This product is primarily composed of a valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, and electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the linear reciprocating motion of the electro-hydraulic push rod is transmitted through the crank mechanism to cause the valve shaft and valve plate to swing at a fixed angle, thereby controlling the flow of materials and conveying them.

※Selection Instructions
When used under corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced and the lining can be increased. For explosion-proof environments, explosion-proof type electro-hydraulic actuators or explosion-proof type electro-hydraulic rotators from the DYT series can be used as power sources.
