Purpose

This series of electro-hydraulic actuated sector gate is primarily designed to meet the special requirements of the building materials industry during operations, serving as an ideal unloading device for dust removal equipment in cement clinker storage. It can also be used in other industries where sealed unloading is required.

※ Features

This gate features a dust cover at the discharge outlet to prevent dust from flying; it utilizes an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, replacing the cylinder transmission, thus saving engineering investment costs; the valve body is structured with steps to reduce material flow impact; and wear-resistant pads with a grate structure are laid on the critical parts of the valve body, reducing direct wear on the pads.
