
Overview
The product is widely used in mining, metallurgy, electrical fields, coal transport stations, port terminals, and other conveyors for segmented unloading. The hydraulic scraper unloader is a mechanical product installed on the middle frame of a belt conveyor, responsible for unloading and controlling the flow and direction of material transport. It can evenly and continuously unload the material conveyed by the belt into a hopper or the required location. This unloader has been enhanced with adjustable slot angles, auxiliary scraper blades, and has been converted to use an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, overcoming the shortcomings of the old-style unloader, such as incomplete scraping of material, scraping the belt, poor overload capacity, and easy mechanical damage. The DYTN type unilateral and bilateral abrasion-resistant unloader is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the push rod extends to drive the rod, which in turn moves the frame to lower the head and supports the flat roller assembly, making the belt working surface flat. The head is tightly seated against the belt surface, unloading the material from the belt into the hopper and transporting it to the required location. After unloading is complete, the electro-hydraulic push rod is activated to retract the driving rod, moving the frame backward, lifting the scraper head, and changing the roller assembly from flat to slot shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly (the principle of the electro-hydraulic push rod action is explained in the push rod section).
Features
1. The power source drive section is currently a new type of hydraulic electric double-acting hydraulic ram in China, featuring strong overload capacity, self-locking, and no leakage. It achieves the rise and fall of the plow head by controlling the forward rotation of the motor.
2. The plow section is divided into the front part (alloy high-chromium manganese or asbestos material plow blade) and the rear part (wear-resistant rubber plate) plow head, which makes unloading cleaner.
3. The added locking device for the plow head is a mechanical tensioning type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade to ensure a good contact with the belt. This design prevents the plow blade from lifting or shaking due to the impact force of coal during operation, thereby avoiding the tearing, wear, and coal leakage of the belt. 4. The drive part's electro-hydraulic cylinder comes in two installation options: (1) the electro-hydraulic cylinder is placed above the coal separator, (2) the electro-hydraulic cylinder is placed on the left or right side of the coal separator, for user convenience. 5. The unloader is specifically designed with a flip valve using high-chromium manganese material for the gas-locking funnel, (1) extending the service life to 20 years and reducing maintenance; (2) reducing induced aeration to below 10% of the original; (3) ensuring uniform material flow, preventing spillage and sticking along the way.
