Overview

This product is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power stations, coal handling stations, and port wharfs for segmented unloading of conveyors. The hydraulic plow-type unloader is a mechanical product installed on the middle frame of a belt conveyor, responsible for unloading materials and controlling the flow and direction of material conveyance. It can evenly and continuously unload materials conveyed by the belt into a hopper or the required location. This unloader features an adjustable slot angle and auxiliary plow blades, and has been upgraded to use an electro-hydraulic push rod as its power source, overcoming the shortcomings of older unloaders such as incomplete material plowing, scraping the belt, poor overload capacity, and easy mechanical damage. The DYTN type unilateral and bilateral wear-resistant unloader is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the push rod extends to drive the rod, which moves the carriage to lower the head, supporting the flat roller assembly to make the belt working surface flat. The head is tightly in contact with the belt surface, unloading the material onto the hopper and delivering it to the required location. After unloading, the electro-hydraulic push rod retracts, pulling the driving rod back, lifting the plow head, and changing the roller assembly from flat to slot shape to allow the material to pass smoothly (the working principle of the electro-hydraulic push rod is detailed in the push rod section).

Features

1. The power source drive section is the domestic new dual-purpose hydraulic electro-hydraulic push rod, featuring strong overload capacity, self-locking, and no leakage. It achieves the lifting and lowering of the plow head by controlling the motor's forward rotation.

2. The plow section is divided into the front (alloy high-chromium manganese or asbestos material) plow blade and the rear (wear-resistant rubber plate) plow head, allowing for cleaner unloading.

3. The additional locking mechanism for the plow head is a mechanical tension type, allowing adjustment of the plow blade's height to ensure a good surface contact with the conveyor belt. This prevents the plow blade from lifting or shaking due to the impact force of coal during operation, thus avoiding belt tearing, wear, and coal leakage. 4. The drive section's electro-hydraulic actuator comes in two installation options: (1) the actuator is placed above the coal separator, (2) the actuator is placed on the left or right side of the coal separator, for user convenience. 5. The discharge unit specifically uses a flip gate with a locking air funnel made of high-chromium manganese material, (1) extending service life to 20 years and reducing maintenance; (2) reducing induced aeration to below 10% of the original; (3) ensuring even material distribution, preventing spillage and sticking along the way.
