The DYT, DYTB series electro-hydraulic push rods are suitable for reciprocating linear (or oscillating rotational) movement and can be used in applications for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces. They are also ideal for long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas and can be networked with computers for centralized (programmed) control. They are now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation, serving as an indispensable general power source.

Principles and Functions:

1. Operation Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which, upon forward (or reverse) rotation, drives hydraulic oil to be output as pressure oil through a bidirectional gear pump. The oil then travels through an integrated oil path to the working cylinder, thereby achieving reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will rise to the set pressure. The overflow valve will then quickly and accurately overflow, thereby achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will never be damaged.

3. Self-locking Function: The oil circuit module of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains at a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-holding state.

4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range as per customer requirements.

5. Push and pull forces can be infinitely adjusted within the specified output power range as per customer requirements.

6. The travel can be infinitely adjusted within the designated travel range according to customer requirements.

Comparison with Similar Products

Hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:

1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to operate normally even under overload or at the end of its stroke, without damaging other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators cannot compare.

6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features a fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed steel cylinder, offering a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, prevents internal rusting, and has a longer service life than cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.

7. Low investment. Cylinder requires the construction of expensive air compressor stations, with the risk of leaks in the air pressure pipes and instability in pressure, along with high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, while electro-hydraulic actuators can be used simply by plugging into a power source.

8. Easy to repair. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder needs to be thoroughly investigated for the cause of the fault before a detailed repair can be conducted, which affects the normal operation of the entire work.
