The KLD-305W(6421) U-Type Spring Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine is specifically designed for tensile testing of U-type springs.

The testing method is as follows: Place the axis line of the U-shaped spring pin hole horizontally, with both ends resting on the pull head support plate. Center the U-shaped spring over the pull heads at both ends and apply a tensile force along the axis. During this process, measure the deformation of the U-shaped spring and the corresponding load in real-time, while also plotting the load-deformation curve. If the U-shaped spring stretches to the set deformation with the load within the specified range, it is considered qualified. If the U-shaped spring stretches to the set deformation but the load exceeds the specified force value range, it is deemed不合格.
