This testing machine is primarily used for the torsion and torsion-fatigue tests of torsion springs, suitable for manufacturers to inspect the mechanical properties and fatigue life of torsion bars.

◇ Capable of testing the torsional mechanical properties of torsion bars: Measure the torque value at a specified torsional angle, or measure the angle value at a specified torque, to evaluate the tensile strength, torsional stiffness, and other mechanical indicators.
◇ Capable of torsion fatigue life testing for torsion bars: Conduct life tests within specified torsion angles or at specified torque levels, with real-time monitoring of torque changes; able to set the number of tests, stop at the specified count, stop at sample breakage, and stop based on torque decay setting decay values, etc.
◇ Performance and lifespan tests use a single torque sensor without the need to change clamps.
◇ Torque sensors can be added or replaced to accommodate various models and specifications of torsion bars.
◇ Special design workwear ensures no damage to non-standard torsion rods and maintains stable torque fluctuations during the twisting process.
◇ Added auxiliary work clothing to locate the rotational center of irregularly shaped torsion rods through scales, facilitating quick adjustments and shortening the adjustment process.
◇ Features bidirectional rotation test with clockwise and counterclockwise options.
◇ Equipped with manual adjustment buttons, it can perform both automatic programmed tests and individual manual adjustments.
The software features multiple security protection functions: overload protection, abnormal protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
◇ Equipped with comprehensive hardware safety measures, in addition to an emergency stop switch, it also features a fully enclosed safety sliding door that does not interfere with clamping or testing, ensuring the safety of the operator.
