This testing machine is driven by a stepper motor or an AC servo motor with an integrated speed control system to power the low-noise circular synchronous belt. After reduction, it drives the screw pair for loading. The electrical part consists of a load measurement system and a deformation measurement system. All control parameters and measurement results are displayed in real-time on a large LCD screen. It also features overload protection, displacement measurement, and more. Additional accessories can be used for tensile, peel, tear, heat-seal, and adhesive tests on products such as plastic films, composite films, soft packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, stickers, rubber, paper, etc. It can also save test data and results, and allows for queries.

I. Main Applications and Features

This series of tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile tests on materials such as steel wire, metal, rubber, plastic, and cables. With the addition of corresponding fixtures, it can also perform compression and bending tests. It features digital display of testing force, continuously adjustable testing speed, automatic shutdown upon sample breakage, and peak hold function.
