Product Description and Usage

This machine is primarily used for fatigue testing of various helical compression springs, tension springs, and small disc springs with a total load of up to 5000N and a space of 400mm. With appropriate fixtures, it can also perform fatigue tests on torsion springs. Additionally, a temperature box can be optionally added for paid service to conduct life tests of springs at different temperatures.

1. Adjust the test amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of the spring.
2. The touchscreen serves as the human-machine interface display, and the number of tests can be programmed according to requirements for automatic completion.
3. Auto shut-off after preset number of tests
4. The motor and reducer connect to the cam, which drives the linkage for reciprocating motion, thereby compressing the spring.
5. Record the number of test trials, with digital display, adjustable test speed and frequency, and data retention.
