I. Product Description and Usage
Primarily used for reciprocating fatigue tests on curved or torsion springs within specified torque ranges. It can also conduct reciprocating fatigue tests within defined angle ranges. The fatigue test mode can be edited, allowing for alternating tests between multiple modes, and static performance tests on torsion springs can also be performed.

◇2.1 Based on PCI bus technology, this unit is computer-based, featuring all-digital control and integrating PID regulation, measurement amplification, screen display, data collection, and data processing technologies. It is highly integrated and represents a relatively advanced unit of domestic dynamic control technology.
◇2.2 Achieves dynamic and static closed-loop control of test force and displacement/ deformation, as well as smooth switching between control modes. This means conducting dynamic tests with specific test forces or displacements, test frequencies, or signal types (such as waveform control), or automatically controlling tests according to a user-defined spectrum (programmed control). During the test, settings can be modified or new test parameters set, or a smooth switching between control modes can be performed without interrupting the test.
◇2.3 Signal Generator Unit: Provides the system with a variety of input control test waveforms, including sine waves, square waves, triangular waves, trapezoidal waves, static loading ramp waves, and custom waveforms, etc.
◇ 2.4 Hydraulic Control Unit: Provides all the controls required for the hydraulic system of the test system, including motor start/stop, high/low pressure switching, and other functions.
◇ 2.5 Measurement and Control Software System:
Operating System: Windows XP platform, menu operations, providing quick access to any parameter or function. All parameters can be entered via keyboard or adjusted using simple directional keys; test parameters are set in full digital format, with shortcut keys for main test functions.
