The KLD(1121) series fully automatic spring tension and compression testing machine is a new testing equipment designed for spring tension and compression. The machine is designed with Japanese technology, featuring an attractive appearance, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. It utilizes CNC motors and advanced single-chip microcontroller control technology for loading and control, achieving high-speed approach and low-speed collection. This improves testing accuracy and ensures test efficiency.

The springs are categorized based on different test parameters, featuring various test modes. Automatic testing is performed by inputting known parameters, and upon completion, the test returns to its initial position automatically. It includes a 5-point test, with the ability to print stiffness and test results.
Utilizing the high-speed parallel function, the precision of the testing machine meets high standards, reducing the randomness of manual parallelism.
