I. Primary Uses and Application Scope of the Testing Machine

The KLD-105W(1421) U-Type Spring Horizontal Tension Testing Machine is specifically designed for tensile tests on U-type springs.
The U-bend pin hole axis is horizontally positioned, with both ends resting on the pull head support plate, applying tension to the U-bend along the pin hole axis; during this process, the deformation of the U-bend and the corresponding load are measured in real-time, while simultaneously plotting the load-deformation curve.
If the U-shaped spring is stretched to the set deformation and the load value is within the specified range, it is considered acceptable.
If the U-shaped spring is stretched to the set deformation and the load exceeds or does not reach the specified force value range, it is considered不合格.
