I. Product Description and Application

The KLD(1231) Series Pneumatic Spring Pressure (Sorting) Tester, designed for efficient load detection with pneumatic loading to match the rhythm of the spring production line. In addition to traditional load detection accuracy, it also features rapid sorting capabilities, dividing the test force of springs into five levels: strong, slightly strong, medium, slightly weak, and weak, indicated by five indicator lights. After testing, the test data and results (Pass, Pass+, Pass-, Fail+, Fail-) are displayed on the screen. The control of the loading action is highly flexible, with options for single-motion actions, simple up/down functions; single-cycle operation, where loading to unloading is automatic, with manual rhythm control between consecutive tests; and multi-cycle operation, where the rhythm for continuous testing is fixed, allowing operators to simply place and remove springs quickly. This reduces the labor intensity for workers and enables shift-by-shift quantity statistics, analyzing the root cause of issues based on the statistics, which is an improvement over traditional testing methods. The machine is capable of fatigue testing.
