    I. Product Description and Usage

    This testing machine is primarily used for torsional fatigue testing of coiled springs and for torsional fatigue testing of cylindrical helical springs under compression conditions. The control system utilizes PLC control, with a liquid crystal display showing the parameters during the test. Frequency adjustment is achieved through a variable-frequency drive controlling a three-phase variable-frequency motor. The reciprocating angle of torsion is adjustable, realized through an eccentric structure, allowing for fixed-angle torsional fatigue testing without torque measurement.

    II. Product Features

    Fatigue tests for cylindrical helical springs are conducted under axial compression, equipped with an axial force compression mechanism. The axial compression is manually applied using a handwheel, and the torsional fatigue test of the spring is performed while in the state of axial compression.

    This machine is suitable for left and right-hand springs, with different twisting methods adjusted by auxiliary tools.
    This unit is equipped with a device for pre-torsion of springs.

    Section 3: Functions of the Machine

    1. The control system utilizes PLC control and features a liquid crystal display for displaying test frequency and test count.
    Adjust test frequency with the rotary knob.
    3. The eccentricity is adjustable, meaning the amplitude can also be adjusted. The relationship between eccentricity and amplitude is provided with a calculation method. A scale is displayed during adjustment. Swing angle = ([sin^-1(eccentricity/110)] * 360°) / 3.14.
    4. Axially compress using the handwheel, and conduct torsional fatigue tests on the spring while in the axially compressed state.
    5. Replace auxiliary equipment for torsional fatigue testing of helical springs.
    6. Fatigue tests for cylindrical helical springs are conducted under axial compression. The axial force compression mechanism, where the compression position is measured and displayed by a displacement sensor, utilizes a threaded nut mechanism and four-column guidance. The handwheel is manually operated to apply force, adjusting the space and exerting the axial force. After loading, the nut is tightened to increase rigidity.
    7. The cylinder helical torsion spring's shutdown method for breakage is via a wiring circuit. When the spring breaks, the circuit is interrupted, and the test stops.
    8. Set the number of test runs, auto-shutdown.
    9. Equipped with an emergency stop function. Pressing the emergency stop switch will cause the motor to stop and the indicator light to illuminate, alerting the operator to handle the situation promptly.
    10. Equipped with a device status indicator light for clear visibility, enabling remote monitoring.
    11. Equipped with a fully enclosed guard to ensure personal safety.
    12. Compression space displacement display, measured by displacement sensors with digital readout, capable of showing the remaining spring height or deformation amount; with a resolution of 0.01mm.
    13. When testing different springs, different auxiliary tools must be used. The base pressure plate features positioning holes and fastening screw holes. A set of tools is provided at the factory according to the spring drawings.
