I. Product Description and Usage:

This testing machine is specifically designed for the torque performance testing of curved springs. The curved spring is placed flat on the guide track of the curved spring holder, with the centerline of the spring perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The ends of the spring have a pawl, and the spring holder and pawl form a pair of action and reaction forces. During operation, the spring holder drives the spring to rotate, while the pawl remains stationary. As the angle increases, the torque on the spring increases. After reaching the specified angle, the test is complete. The spring is then manually removed to complete one test.
The machine operates fully automatically, except for manual loading and unloading. To switch to different types of arc springs, the arc spring guide and pick-up finger must be replaced.
