Section II: Product Features of the Pneumatic Spring Pressure Sorting Tester

1. There are two exhaust cylinders mounted on the rack wall, with the piston rods connected to the upper pressure plates, driving the two upper pressure plates to move up and down. The two lower pressure plates and sensors are mounted on the bracket.
2. Adjust the cylinder's upward position switch according to the spring height; during batch testing, reduce the return stroke to enhance efficiency.

4. Test results are displayed on the screen and indicated by lights. During use, the corresponding qualified area light turns on as per the set parameters, allowing for easy sorting of springs without needing to view the numbers.
