The KJF-06/series outgoing operation mechanism is a配套 equipment for the closing and opening operations of load switches in inflation-type high-voltage ring main units. This series employs flat helical spring energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the load switches, and compressed spring over-center energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the grounding switches. It features three operating positions: closing, opening, and grounding, and comes with a five prevention interlock function.

Operation Instructions
Closing operation:
After checking and confirming that the product is normal without deformation, install and secure the mechanism and load switch by engaging the three-position movement on the gas-tight box of the outgoing line cabinet. After 10 successful manual operations without any fault, pull out the handle, press the green closing switch button while the mechanism is in the separate position, allowing the motor to drive the mechanism to store energy and automatically close the main circuit. This closing operation can only be performed in the grounding separate position. When the load switch is in the closed position, the grounding operation hole will be sealed by the switch position indicator, and the user must not force grounding against the indicator sign. Otherwise, it will violate the five-protection operation requirements.
Operation of isolating switch:
After the mechanism is closed, to open the circuit, simply press the red opening button on the electric switch. This will disconnect the main circuit of the load switch. This operation can only be performed after the mechanism is closed; otherwise, it indicates the closure of the mechanism was unsuccessful. After opening, you can then perform main switch closing or grounding closing operations.
Grounding operation:
When the main switch is in the separate position, insert the handle into the six-sided pivot on the lower part, rotate it clockwise approximately 90 degrees to close the grounding circuit, and rotate it counterclockwise approximately 90 degrees to open the grounding circuit. This grounding operation can only be performed manually. When the grounding is closed, the operation hole of the load switch will be sealed with a switch position indicator, and users must not forcibly operate the load switch against the indicator sign; otherwise, it will violate the five-protection operation requirements.
