The KJF-02 series manual operation mechanism is a matching equipment for the closing and opening operations of load switches within the prefabricated high-voltage ring main unit. This series employs flat helical springs for energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of load switches, and compressed spring energy storage for controlling the closing and opening actions of the earthing switches. It features three operating positions: closing, opening, and grounding. This product series includes a five prevention interlock function.

The KJFDS-02 manual electric dividing cable outlet mechanism is an addition of an electric dividing electromagnet to the KJF-02 manual cable outlet mechanism. Users can energize the electromagnet locally or remotely to achieve the electric dividing operation.

User Operation Instructions

Manual Closing Operation:

The mechanism is mounted and secured on the cabinet. Insert the mechanism handle into the operating shaft located at the top of the mechanism, rotate the handle clockwise approximately 90°. The mechanism's coiled double spring is compressed to store energy. Press the closing button to release the stored energy in the closing spring. The main circuit of the load switch completes the closing operation under the power released by the mechanism.

Manual breaker operation:

Press the disconnector button to release the stored energy in the disconnector spring. Under the power of the mechanism, the main circuit of the load switch completes the disconnection. In the disconnection state, recharging or grounding operations can be performed.

Electrical isolator operation:

Hand-operated electrical disconnectors can achieve an instantaneous disconnection by simply energizing the solenoid coil in the closed position.
