What causes malfunctions in the operating unit?
(1) PT and CT failures: Ring main cabinets with active power network interfaces are generally equipped with P1r and CT, providing actual switch operation and data such as load current for active power distribution.
Incorrect lightning protection: The lightning arrester in the ring main unit foundation pit fractured, causing a short circuit fault in the cable room or the charging and discharging of the ring main unit wire joints.
Operation failure of the circular cage is due to long-term inactivity in damp and cold areas, leading to simple rusting of the components. This includes the touching of the organizational torsion spring and the operation of the electrical switch, rendering the organization ineffective.
(4) The primary cause of cable connection failures is poor cable head quality. During the construction process, large cross-section cables will gradually release internal stress after assembly.
(5) A secondary circuit failure occurred due to poor contact in electrical equipment or other reasons, resulting in the damage of the operating switch power supply.
(6) Composite insulators for cable supports, busway桩 charging and discharging faults; the composite insulators for cable supports or busway桩 may be ejected or damaged along the exterior under extreme conditions such as wet and cold.
Leakage in the SF6 gas compartment is caused by leakage in the SF6 room, leading to short-circuit faults in the gas compartment's blade surface.
(8) Circuit breakers and high-voltage load switches are experiencing malfunctions. Currently, circuit breakers are suitable for use in ring cabinets. The combined high-voltage load switches are used for maintenance and repairs of medium to large-scale distribution transformers. After fusing, the mold pin cannot properly open the organization's power supply, leading to the expansion of the issue.
