Afterward, they are left to settle, allowing the cells to gravitationally sink to the glass slides equipped with adhesion properties, where they are captured. The requirement is for the cells on the slides to be evenly distributed without overlapping.

The film-making process employs cell sedimentation by allowing tissue cells to settle naturally, thus the film-making platform of the slide-making machine where the slides are placed must not be rotated to prevent affecting the even spreading of the cells during film-making and causing cell deformation.

8. After film production, the film processor can automatically return the supernatant in the sedimentation tank of the glass slide to the original cell storage bottle. This supernatant can also be used for HPV and other related projects.

9. Film Production Mode: The system is equipped with eight working modes to meet the film production requirements for various specimens, suitable for the processing and film production of cervical specimens, pleural effusion, sputum, urine, cavity fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, puncture fluid, and organ lavage fluid, etc.
