Wastewater Treatment Equipment is a modular biological wastewater treatment system, primarily utilizing biofilm as the purification medium. It maximizes the advantages of biofilm reactors such as anaerobic biofilter and contact oxidation bed, including high biomass density, strong resistance to pollutants, low energy consumption, stable operation, and easy maintenance. During the wastewater treatment process, it is necessary to add chemicals to the equipment, which is a crucial step in the treatment process. The rationality of the chemical dosage is a key factor in determining the quality of the treated water. Let's take a closer look at this.

1. Varying water quality demands different dosages of chemicals. The dosage of each medication must be determined through a small-scale test, based on the composition and concentration of the incoming water.

Generally speaking, the amount of acid and alkali solutions should be sufficient to ensure the pH of the water is between 6 and 9; the dosage of destabilizers is approximately 5% to 15% of the treatment volume; the dosage of flocculants is approximately 0.5% to 1% of the treatment volume; the dosage of oxidizing agents is approximately 0.5% to 2% of the treatment volume; and the dosage of rapid settling agents is approximately 1% to 2% of the treatment volume. Of course, these figures are for reference only.

2. Various treating agents are conveyed by fluoroplastic pumps, their dosages are measured by individual glass rotameters, and controlled by inlet and outlet valves.

3. The diagrams show the storage locations of various water treatment chemicals, the positions of the conveying pumps, and the dosing points, providing convenience for users. The drawings of the wastewater treatment equipment are not just flat illustrations; the booster pumps and dosing pumps depicted are all installed within the pump house.
