We all know thatAlumina Silicate Fiber PaperFire-resistant and flame-retardant materials are good, but even the best materials require proper use to achieve their effects. Therefore, our technical team has proposed installation requirements for fiber paper, the main contents of which include:
1. Clean residual dust, grease, and other debris from concrete wall surfaces, as well as hollowed areas.
2. Remove cracked concrete blocks, debris, and hollowed areas from the ceiling, and repatch accordingly.
3. The requirement is for the surface flatness of the mica-silica fiber paper to not exceed 4mm. In cases of excess deviation, sanding should be performed on the protruding concrete surface, and filling should be done on concave areas (when the filling thickness exceeds 6mm, apply 1:2.5 cement mortar; for thickness less than 6mm, use polymer adhesive mortar for filling); to ensure the entire wall surface maintains a flatness within 4mm, and the inside and outside corners are square and smooth.
4. The mortar used in construction is divided into special bonding mortar and surface high-temperature special adhesive.
5. The mixed adhesive mortar has a weight ratio of water to mortar of 1:5, adding water while stirring; the mixing time should not be less than 5 minutes, ensuring thorough and even mixing, with a moderate consistency and a certain viscosity.
After the installation of the aluminum silicate fiber paper, a thorough inspection should be conducted. Any gaps larger than 5mm should be filled with compensating mats; once the fiber cotton is in place, use a square wooden board to flatten the surface of the folded modules.
Here is a detailed introduction to the installation requirements for silica-alumina fiber paper. It is crucial to have the installation performed by the manufacturer or a professional construction team to avoid any impact on product performance due to installation issues.
