The Coal Mining Machine Cable Clamp (hereinafter referred to as "Cable Clamp") is a series of products developed and produced by our factory in recent years. It is made of pressed steel plate as the frame and modified plastic (polyethylene + flame retardant + antistatic agent) through injection molding. According to the needs of the coal mining machine working face, it is connected by special bolts to form a protective channel for cables or water pipes. This product overcomes the shortcomings of traditional cable clamps, such as low mechanical strength and ineffective protection on both sides. The cable is prone to wear and tear from gangue and coal blocks in the drag channel, resulting in poor guidance and easy to hang or break. It can overcome common cable damage causes such as "pulling," "bending," "hanging," "squeezing," and "crushing," and provide protection for cables and water pipes. It features light weight, small size, compact structure, easy installation, simple maintenance, long service life, high tensile strength, and great impact resistance. Its advantages include an inner steel frame that bears the dragging force, protecting cables or water pipes from external forces. The addition of flame retardant and antistatic agents in polyethylene provides flame retardant and antistatic properties. Adjacent cable clamps are easy to link, can be arbitrarily extended according to the coal mining machine working face needs, and ensure reliable operation of cables or water pipes during dragging, preventing breakage or damage. This improves production efficiency and reduces maintenance and repair costs.
