New synthetic hydraulic props utilize concentrated hydraulic fluid. Based on water as the carrier, it combines lubricants, emulsifiers, and anti-rust/anti-corrosion agents with excellent hydrophilicity, forming a thermodynamically stable system with enhanced solubility. The performance of the synthetic fluid exceeds the requirements of the MT76-2011 standard. The formula no longer uses mineral oil, offering better stability, lower cost, and environmental friendliness compared to traditional emulsified oil.
