1Overview
This equipment is suitable for magnetic particle inspection. It can inspect various shapes of parts made from ferromagnetic materials. It can detect cracks, inclusions, and other subtle defects on the surface and near the surface of the parts, caused by casting, forging, quenching, grinding, fatigue, and other factors.
The equipment can perform alternating magnetic saturation and alternating demagnetization on parts; it can be used for continuous and residual magnetism inspection methods; it can be fixed for use or carried to the site. With appropriate methods such as the rod method or winding method, it can achieve suitable magnetization for parts with irregular shapes. It is also capable of segmental inspection on large-sized parts.
The circuit adjusts the size of the thyristor conduction angle to control the magnitude of magnetization and demagnetization currents. AC magnetization can control the phase of power-off, stabilizing the residual magnetism. Integrated circuit control ensures safe and reliable operation. The equipment features a small size, light weight, easy portability, and simple operation.

3Main Circuit Operating Principle
3.1 The control circuit of this unit employs integrated circuit output phase-shifting pulses. The phase-shifting pulses are amplified and sent to the triggering terminal of the anti-parallel可控硅 in the main circuit. The phase angle of the可控硅 conduction is adjusted to regulate the magnitude of magnetization and demagnetization currents.
3.2 When the selector switch is in the "Magnetize" position, connect the external switch, and when the rod probe handle button or the work button is pressed, the magnetization indicator light illuminates, and the magnetization current is output.
3.3 When degaussing is required, set the selector switch to the "Degaussing" position, and press the probe handle button or the foot switch, causing the equipment to output an automatically衰减ing AC current, which reduces the magnetic field within the part from large to small until it reaches zero.
