First, clear debris from the roof. Use a measuring tape to measure the base installation location on the roof, and place the base.
Holes are drilled into the cement foundation using an impact drill. The depth of the holes is determined by the foundation thickness and bolt length, with a bolt diameter of M10. (The threads of pre-buried bolts in the foundation should be free of debris.)
Insert the expansion bolt into the hole, gently tap it into place using a wooden or leather hammer, ensuring a distance of 30mm between the bolt and the hole opening.
Install the bottom beam or base, align the bottom beam hole or base hole with the bolt, then tighten the nut with a wrench; (secure other foundation bases in the same manner)
Measure the bracket angle to determine the installation position of the upright, then secure the base to the rear upright with bolts.
Fixed the inclined beam with angle connections to the rear支柱, and secured the beam to the base with bolts.
Secure the joist, position it based on the component mounting holes, maintaining a distance of ±100mm from the mounting holes; the component's side frames are 200-300mm from the inclined beam. Fix the joist to the inclined beam using non-standard nuts.
Component Installation: Before installation, confirm the height of the component. The bottom glass surface should be 300mm from the ground. Secure the component with side pressure blocks, first fixing the bottom block to prevent sliding. The component frame should be 20-30mm from the ends of the frame. Two people are required for installation, using the string line method or a level to ensure the overall parallelism of the component.
