An electrically heated thermal oil furnace is a new type of industrial furnace that is safe, energy-saving, and operates at low pressure (either at atmospheric pressure or lower) to provide high-temperature heat energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier and circulates it through a thermal oil pump to transfer heat to the heating equipment. The electric thermal oil furnace system consists of a flameproof electric heater, an organic thermal fluid heater, a heat exchanger (if applicable), a field flameproof control cabinet, thermal oil pump, expansion tank, etc., all integrated into a skid. Users simply need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes for the medium, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
The principle of the electric heating thermal oil furnace is as follows: powered by electricity, it converts electrical energy into heat energy through electrical heating elements; it uses organic heat carriers (thermal oil) as the heat transfer medium, and circulates the thermal oil in the system via a high-temperature oil pump to force a continuous cycle, ensuring the oil is heated repeatedly to meet the continuous heat energy needs of the equipment; it can also meet the set process temperatures and high-precision temperature control requirements in the production process. Typically, the thermal oil heating furnace is a complete set of equipment, including the main unit (heating element, high-temperature oil pump, and filter), high-level oil tank, control cabinet, and piping, which is assembled with the heat-using equipment to form a forced liquid phase circulation heating system.
