A nitrogen electric heater is an electric heating furnace, a new type of energy-saving industrial furnace capable of providing high-temperature heat energy. It features a reasonable structure, complete accessories, short installation period, simple operation, high degree of automation, and wide applicability with safety and reliability.
Nitrogen electric heater, the heat is generated by electric heating elements placed inside the heater. It heats the medium by forced convection, where the medium enters the container through the inlet. Utilizing fluid thermodynamic principles during heating, the massive heat produced by the electric heater is transmitted through the medium as a heat carrier by means of a pump, ensuring continuous heat transfer to meet the process heating requirements.
As the medium temperature approaches the set value, the electric heater control system, based on the output temperature sensor signal, performs PID calculations, automatically adjusts the heater's output power, achieving the required medium temperature at the output; when the heating element overheats, the overheating protection device of the heating element immediately automatically cuts off the heating power to prevent the heating element from burning out, thereby extending its service life.
