A natural gas heater refers to a device where the heating medium flows through an annular space with electric heating tubes for a certain period after entering the heater before exiting.
Natural gas heaters are devices that heat compressed natural gas. They consist of a housing, a water tray, inlets and outlets, pipes, an inlet, and a heater. The housing contains a water tray, which has an inlet at the top. The two ends of the pipes are connected to the inlets and outlets, respectively, and the pipes are set within the water tray. There is also a heater inside the water tray. This heater is equipped with two interfaces, connecting either a gas cylinder or a pressure-reducing valve. The high-pressure flow from the gas cylinder passes through this heater, where it is preheated to 50-60°C, preventing the pressure-reducing valve from freezing when it passes through. Due to the heating within the pipes, the pressure is further increased.
