The ratio of input to output voltage equals the ratio of the number of turns in the coils, while the energy remains constant. Consequently, the secondary coil produces a high current under low-voltage conditions. For the induction heater, the bearing acts as a short-circuited single-turn secondary coil, passing a high current at lower AC voltage, thereby generating a significant amount of heat. The heater itself and the magnetic yoke remain at normal temperatures.

Due to this heating method's ability to detect current, the bearings will become magnetized. It is crucial to demagnetize the bearings in the future to prevent them from attracting metal magnetic particles during operation. The principle is that when thicker metal is placed in an alternating magnetic field, it will generate an electric current due to the electromagnetic induction phenomenon. After the thicker metal generates an electric current, the current will form a spiral flow path within the metal, causing the heat produced by the current flow to be absorbed by the metal itself. This results in the metal quickly heating up. This equipment is a fuel-saving device for preheating or secondary heating of fuel oil. Installed before the combustion equipment, it heats the fuel oil before combustion to achieve the purpose of reducing the viscosity of the fuel oil at high temperatures (105℃-150℃), promoting thorough atomization and combustion, thereby saving energy. It is widely used for preheating or secondary heating of heavy oil, asphalt, and other fuel oils.


Polycrystalline Silicon Electric Heater Leaks: (1) If the heating tube leaks, simply bake it in an oven; (2) If the insulation is still not good enough and the leakage persists, replace the heating tube; (3) Water entering the junction box or the insulation sheath of the wire being damaged can also cause leakage. Dry it and wrap the damaged area with insulating tape.
