Cold hydrogenation electric heating elements are mainly used for air heating in ducts, available in three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. Their common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. Each junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device. Additionally, for convenience in control, in addition to over-temperature protection, a co-running device must be installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the furnace must start after the fan starts. A differential pressure device is added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the channel heater should generally not exceed 0.3 Kg/cm2. If the pressure specification exceeds this, please choose a circulating electric heater. The low-temperature type heating element can heat gas to a maximum temperature of 160℃; the medium-temperature type to a maximum of 260℃; and the high-temperature type to a maximum of 500℃.

In general, explosion-proof electric heaters use thermal oil as the heat carrier. The internal high-temperature voltage system, through the circulation pump of the thermal oil, forces the energy processing by electricity to transfer heat to one or more electric heating devices. After passing through the transition function in the high-temperature voltage system of the electric heating devices, the thermal oil begins a new heating work efficiency, that is, it returns to the high-temperature fan through the circulation pump to absorb heat a second time and transfer it to the internal high-temperature voltage system of the electric heating furnace. Through this cyclic process, the electric heating furnace continuously transmits heat, ensuring that the internal high-temperature voltage system of the electric heating furnace maintains a constant high temperature energy supply. This meets the heating requirements of the heating medium during the high-temperature process.
