Monitor the consistency of supply and exhaust ventilation, and ensure the wind speed is normal. If the indoor air flow is unstable, please check the fans and filters.

I. Inspect the spray booth fan: Check the area around the fan, the operating zone of the fan, and the flow meter; during inspection, place your hand on the machine to feel for normal vibrations, any unusual sounds, if the belts are loose, and if the installation gauge is functioning properly.

The Filter Inspections: Filters are located at the gas supply outlet and must be inspected and cleaned monthly. If there are any abnormalities in the filter mesh, they should be repaired or replaced promptly; the filter meshes in the pressure chamber and static pressure chamber should be cleaned regularly, usually once a week. If a pressure difference exceeding 3000 Pascals is detected, the filter mesh should be replaced.

Check if the sink's water level is within the normal range and if there are any debris inside. If there is debris, clean it up promptly.

All necessary components have been inspected before using the paint spray workshop.

Perform a monthly check of the overflow and regulating disks in the water tank. Adjust promptly if any misalignment is detected.

Daily inspect the water supply to ensure it meets the specified quantity, then adjust the valves of the recirculation pool accordingly.
