One, tiered management with clear responsibilities. The power equipment department of the distribution box should number, register, and establish files for each low-voltage distribution box, implementing tiered management, defining responsibilities, and conducting regular technical inspections and measurements. In the event of any issues, they should be addressed promptly to minimize accidents and ensure accountability to the customers.
During regular inspections of the electrical distribution box, if severe overheating of components is detected, the cause of the overheating should be investigated, and loose connections should be tightened promptly. Additionally, if there is dust, debris, or other杂物 in the electrical distribution box, they should be cleaned up promptly to maintain cleanliness and order within the box.
Three, the environment around the electrical distribution box should be kept clean. Maintenance or operation personnel of the electrical distribution box must not stack, hang, or place any tools or items within a 1.2-meter radius in front of the box. Additionally, there should be no standing water around the electrical distribution box, as it can lead to electric shocks. Non-qualified electricians are prohibited from randomly disassembling or assembling electrical components within the box.
Four, the operation of the distribution box must be strictly adhered to the operational procedures. During the use of the distribution box, it is imperative to avoid opening and closing the circuit while under load, as this may cause large electric arcs that can destroy distribution components or lead to burns for the operator.
Section V: Safety Precautions
After power outages, electrical equipment should be tested.
During the segmented maintenance of power distribution cabinets, isolation devices should be installed at the junction between live and non-live cabinets.
When operating the high-voltage side vacuum circuit breaker, wear insulating boots, use insulating gloves, and have a designated person supervising.
4. It is strictly prohibited to touch the capacitor cabinet before the capacitors are discharged to ground.
Before energizing after maintenance, check first for any tools left inside the distribution panel.
VI. Relevant Documents and Records
