Operating Principle:

Under high-speed operation, the rotating cutting disc collides and rubs against the fixed toothed ring, and the material is crushed through cutting and rubbing with the blades. Particle size can be adjusted by changing the screen. This configuration is suitable for high yield requirements.

This configuration includes a crushing main unit, dedusting box, high-pressure blower, cyclone discharge, and electrical cabinet. Crushed materials are discharged through the outlet after cyclone separation. Dust is drawn into the dedusting box by the high-pressure blower, filtered, recycled, and reused.
