Widely used in the food chemical industry for mixing powdered or paste-like materials.

Operating Principle:

The horizontal helical blade mixer consists of a U-shaped container, helical blade stirrer blades, and transmission components; the helical blades are typically made in a double or triple layer configuration.

The outer helix collects the material from both sides to the center, while the inner helix transports the material from the center to the sides, creating a convectional mixing effect.

Screw blade mixers are highly effective for blending sticky or agglomerative powder particles, as well as for mixing liquids and paste-like materials into powder particles.

The cylinder cover can be designed as a full-open door for easy cleaning and product replacement of the equipment.

Product Features:

1. The blending process is gentle, ensuring the original dimensions of the material are not compromised.

2. The working capacity of a ribbon blender is typically 40%-70% of its total capacity, but generally speaking, when blending high-density materials, the maximum loading capacity of the blender is only 60%.

3. Cleaning is simple; the top cover of the screw conveyor opens wide, allowing easy access to the inner surface of the mixer for thorough cleaning.

4. Easy to maintain, the blender has a simple structure that is easy to disassemble and service.

5. Pneumatic valve unloading, convenient and quick.
