Key Features and Applications
The FL沸腾干燥制粒 machine utilizes high-speed hot air to suspend the material in a fluidized state, allowing it to be uniformly mixed and dried. Through the atomization system, the binder is fully atomized within the equipment, bonding with the material to form granules.
Primarily suitable for material drying and granulation in industries such as chemicals and food. This includes granules for tablet-making, hard capsules, granules for Chinese and Western medicine, and solid beverages in drinks (i.e., instant solid granules).
Application:

1.2 Process Overview
The equipment consists of a fluidized bed (feed container), spray drying chamber, collection chamber, lifting system, base, atomization system, heating system, air filtration system, and exhaust system. Once the equipment is started, all containers are automatically sealed. Under the suction of the exhaust fan, a certain amount of negative pressure (adjustable) is formed inside the equipment. Due to the action of the negative pressure, the material flows upward from the fluidized bed to the spray drying chamber. As the spray drying chamber is larger than the fluidized bed, the air flow velocity slows down under the negative pressure. The material then falls naturally due to its own gravity overcoming the thrust of the negative pressure airflow. When it falls to a certain height, the thrust of the airflow generated by the negative pressure becomes greater than the material's weight, causing the material to move towards the drying chamber again. This repetitive motion forms a fluidized state. By adjusting the negative pressure airflow, a good fluidized state of the material is achieved, resulting in optimal granulation and drying effects.
