I. Usage

High-efficiency granulating mixer is a new granulation technology adopted in China's food and chemical industry. This machine integrates mixing and granulating, with its greatest advantage being the fast granulation speed and excellent effect.

Widely used in the following industries:

1. Industrial tablet production, providing ideal granular raw materials for the tabletting process.

2. Granulation for the food industry: including chemical seasonings, dairy products, spicy and savory seasonings, spices, acidulants, food additives, food colorants, granulated beverage powders, etc.

3. Feed Pelletizing: Including feed additives, fish feed, and livestock feed.

The entire process consists of two stages: mixing and granulation.

1. Powdered materials enter the material pot from the top of the conical hopper. Once the hopper is closed, under the stirring of the mixing paddle, the powder rotates within the container, simultaneously changing along the conical wall to gradually form a liquid bridge. Through the compression, friction, and kneading effects of the paddle blades and cylinder wall on the material, the material gradually transforms into a loose texture. Subsequently, the discharge gate is opened, and the wet granules are propelled out of the hopper due to the centrifugal force of the paddle blades.

2. Therefore, these soft materials with granular structures are not formed by forced extrusion but are cut by the granulation blade, where the soft material is cut into fine and uniform particles in a semi-fluid state, achieving interconversion of materials.

1. The unit features a bedroom cylinder construction with a rational structure.

2. Fully sealed drive shaft; can switch to water for cleaning.

3. Fluidized bed granulation results in granules that are nearly spherical with good flowability.

4. Reduces adhesive by 25% compared to traditional methods, with a shorter drying time.

5. Each batch is dried and mixed for 2 minutes, granulated for 1-4 minutes, achieving a 4-5 times efficiency increase compared to traditional processes.

6. Completed within the same enclosed container, dry mix-wet mix-granulation, process streamlined, in compliance with GMP standards.
