Primary Uses
The BG-G series high-efficiency coating machine is a multi-functional coating equipment primarily used in the food industry for coating tablets and capsules with sugar coating and film coating.
Operating Principle
The unit consists of systems and components such as the main engine, ingredient spray supply, purification hot air, dust exhaust, and electrical operation. The coated core rotates inside the coating tube, continuously executing complex trajectory movements.

The raw core surface is automatically coated with a film medium by pressure from the spray feeding system, through a spray gun or dropper. Simultaneously, clean hot air provided by the hot air cabinet passes through the core layer.

Rapidly dry the film-forming medium sprayed onto the surface of the blank core, forming a strong, dense, and smooth surface film on the blank core.
