Continuous Drying Line

Equipment Introduction:
The Belt Dryer is mainly composed of the air intake unit, exhaust unit, recirculating air unit, conveyor belt, steam pipeline and condensate discharge pipeline system, moisture removal system, feeder, transmission mechanism, and control system. The material in the hopper is evenly spread on the conveyor belt by the feeder. The conveyor belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is driven by the transmission unit to move within the dryer. The drying section is composed of several units. Air is blown into the dryer by a blower, passes through the heat exchanger to become hot air, and then penetrates through the material layer, completing the heat and mass transfer process. Most of the gas is recirculated, while a portion of the cooler, more humid air is exhausted as waste gas by the moisture removal fan.

Application Range:
Dried fruits and candied fruits, dehydrated vegetables, granular feed, monosodium glutamate, coconut flakes, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, polypropylene fibers, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, wooden crafts, plastic products, aging and curing of electronic components.

Product Features:
1. The conveyor belt speed is variable, ensuring material dwell time and maintaining product quality.
2. Designed with material characteristics in mind, the mixing hopper and unique feeding mechanism facilitate easy dispersion of solid materials without affecting their properties. The thickness of the material layer is easily adjustable, ensuring uniform distribution of material both longitudinally and laterally across the conveyor belt.
Each controllable unit features an independent fresh air supply inlet, heater, circulating fan, duct filter, and moisture exhaust outlet.
4. Heaters and circulation fans are set at the bottom of the machine, with quick-opening doors installed on both sides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
5. Utilize a rational diagonal air guide plate to ensure even airflow across the conveyor belt, minimizing temperature differences, and making the cleaning process easier.
6. The machine is insulated with 8-inch silica-alumina, sealed well, ensuring a favorable working environment.
7. The machine is divided into five segments and five units, making energy consumption more rational and efficient.
8. The lower conveyor belt of the machine is designed with an inclined surface for easy collection and cleaning of materials.
