Product Name: Refined桐油

Product Features: Acid and alkali-resistant; Natural and eco-friendly; Moisture, corrosion, and mold-proof. Demonstrates the natural texture of wood.

Application Areas: Indoor wooden flooring, wooden ceilings, sauna panels, wooden balcony railings, etc.; Outdoor wooden flooring, flower racks, wooden houses, pavilions, fences, wooden bridges, boats, chairs

Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and flattened, moisture content not exceeding 15%.

Application Method: Recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has high viscosity, add 10% by volume. Thinned with turpentine, mix thoroughly. Suitable for dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, and wiping. This product is compatible with all visible oil-based color card systems if additional pigment is needed.

Brushing Surface Area: Theoretical brushing area is 16-19㎡ per liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different consumption.

Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.

Ripened tung oil is obtained from the seeds of the tung tree, which are first pressed to produce raw tung oil. The raw tung oil is then heat-refined and polymerized at high temperatures to create a drying oil, known as ripened tung oil.
