    • Product Features: Acid and alkali resistant; Natural and eco-friendly; Moisture, corrosion, and mildew proof. Reflects the natural texture of wood.

    • Application Areas: Indoor wooden flooring, wooden ceilings, sauna boards, wooden balcony railings, etc.; Outdoor wooden flooring, flower shelves, wooden cabins, pavilions, fences, wooden bridges, boats, chairs

    • Base Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and flattened, moisture content not exceeding 15%.

    • Application Method: Recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has high viscosity, it can be thinned by adding up to 10% turpentine, ensuring thorough mixing. Suitable for dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, and wiping. This product is compatible with all visible oil-based color card systems if color addition is required.

    • Brushing Surface Area: Theoretical brushing area is 16-19㎡ per liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different paint consumption.

    • Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.

R桐seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the oil tung tree, which is then processed through pressing to obtain raw tung oil. This raw tung oil is further refined and polymerized at high temperatures to produce a drying oil, known as refined tung oil.
